...when you open the question there are already 25 Answers?
Do you get "turned off from Answering" at a certain number that have already Answered?
Do you get discouraged thinking there are already "too many" and your Answer won't matter?
Or, if you think it's a good Question, you Answer anyway because you have a strong opinion about the Question?

Oh, most definitely I will not answer! When I open a question and see 25, I know the asker will only glance at the first 3 answers anyway. So I just move on.

I am on the same track as JESS.
There's not to many questions on P&S that envoke a strong opinion from me. I try and use humor with my answers, so I don't let the number of answers throw me off. What makes me angry though, is when the question shows no answers, or only a few, then when you hit submit, 35 answers pop up...what the hell????/

Yeah, sometimes I don't want to answer a question when a lot of people have already answered because if someone has already stated my opinion, then I feel as if my answer won't get chosen as best.

The question is what I look for and if it interest me I will answer it. I never look to see how many answers there are, it makes no difference to me. If the questioner likes what he or she sees then I might just get chosen for best answer. This is a good format to get things off your chest and it also is very informative.

Yes, especially when I have a strong opinion about the Question. I don't feel like explaining- or typing all of it and I know some people are going to be narrow minded.

If it's a question that there's only one correct answer to and that can be proven (IE: recent question, "What does LMAO mean") and a lot of people have already answered, I let it be.
If it's more of an opinion type and I want to share, I do it.

I refrain from answering if there's several replies that match mine. (I might thumbs up the best, though.) If it's a question I feel I know the answer to, and no one else has expressed it, I'll answer. Otherwise, I move on.

No, if it's a question I want to answer I don't care how many other answers there are.
