It sounds like fun. I was always soberly dressed and only have a slplah of color when I go to a Regimental Dinner these days..

OOoooo add rainbow ankle bells and I'm there!! I love dressing up in large splashes of colour, especially in the winter time here in Wisconsin. Colour is a great thing.

Um, none that I'm currently aware of.
They might have done this as a way of identifying themselves in crowds...
They could have been a group of Gay/lesbian kids out showing off their pride...but it's not a popular fashion trend or anything. Just sounds like one isolated group of creative kids having fun.

Disney has "Gay Days" and people who identify as LGBT often go during that time and wear lots of rainbow stuff in order to show their pride. It happens in June.

Seeing how it was Disneyland, it was probably a Gay pride day. It's not a fad and there's nothing wrong with it.
