My ex-husband knows the judge and I believe has pulled some strings he is only ordered to pay 32.95 per week, and doesn't even pay that. Any advise?

go to kentucky.gov and look for the division of child support, there is a worksheet u can download that will figure the amount. U can also contact ur local child support office and they will help u get the child support==== this is a FREE SERVICE!!!! Doesn't cost u a thing! Also, try to get the the support as a payroll deduction if ole boy has a job. again===FREE to do this. U don't have to get an attorney...Our tax dollars pay for this service to help our kids!! And it doesn't matter what ur income is, the service isn't based on that. In most KY counties the child support office is part of the County Attorneys office. Check with them first. Good luck!

It's set in stone now, the judge made his ruling and your lawyer sucked. Also, child support is meant to help the kid not to support you. I'd advize getting a job, and stop being a money grubber. If you need more money, ask him and tell him what it's for.

It's usually a percentage of the wages. The judge should have excused himself from the case since he knows one of the parties. You could always ask to get it re evaluated.

I deal with child support payments at work here in Ky every week and they base it on a percentage of what your husband earns.
