There are a number of different sites... I usually just Google "guitar tabs" when I think of a song and there are 3-4 sites that typically are always at the top of the list and all usually have a slightly different selection of picks.

Try "More Than Words" by Extreme for a great sounding song that is excellent practice in picking.

For more of a heavier sound like your above examples, try some Rage Against the Machine from their first album. I had a lot of fun learning some of those songs when I was first starting out on guitar, although I didn't have a pedal that pushed up a couple octaves for some parts, but they sounded cool and were fun to play.

Different Spanish Guitar songs are also great for picking. The intro to "Silent Lucidity" by Queensryche (I think?) is really easy and sounds really nice. I never learned the rest of the song afterwards, so I don't know about it but the beginning is cool.

Some of the sites will display what their most popular tabs are and you can look down the lists to see if anything interests you that way as well. Have fun!

Google search "guitar tabs". You will get links to sites that have "tabs". The Tabs have the words to a song and the chords. Pick some easy songs you know to start with. Eagles are fairly easy and ZZ Top songs mostly have just 3 chords. Good luck and have fun!

Try the intro to Heart-Shaped Box. You have to drop D tune. (Drop the low E down until it matches pitch with the D string). It's a bit more difficult, but it will help you improve your skills and introduce you into chords.

Good Luck!
