What happens when your penis gets cut off and they cannot find the missing member. Do they go straight to vagina or would they go straight to trying to replace it by using another body part.

I was listening to the Bob and Tom show the other day and they brought up a news story about it.
I have never heard what happens if it wasnt found. People tend to celebrate that it was found.

i have no idea...i would say you would probably be screwed...unless you requested a sex change...they would probably just have a hole you could pee out of? good question...maybe you could get a penis donor???

You can have the penis and testicles surgically removed and you will be just left with a hole from where you can urinate. You would be considered a eunuch then. google penis arm and you will find an article about a man in the situation you mentioned. Doctors created a tube of skin from skin on his arm. It is obviously not able to get erect but was created for more of the psychological benefits to the man, to help him feel more normal.
