Umm, I always say no regrets but on this case. Yes, I do regret the person I lost my virginity to. He was so smooth and I was so sucked in!

I do not. I waited until I was sure that I had found the man I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. It seems to be working out so far--we have been married 44 years.
I have counseled other young women who have made the same mistake you did. This is what I tell them:
Find someone (clery, teacher, friend, parent) who is a Christian. Let them guide you to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. When you decide that you are ready to submit your entire life, forever, to Him as your Lord and Savior, YOU ARE MADE NEW--the old things are passed away. God will forgive ALL your sins, and He will FORGET them. You must allow yourself to forgive yourself as well, and to try to forget your past sins. Admittedly, this is not humanly possible, but the knowledge that you truly are a different person will give you a new outlook on your life.
START OVER!
As a new person, all past sins forgiven, by promising to not sin in that manner again, you may consider yourself a virgin. Have you commited that same act other times? Include each of them in your confession (to God, through your own prayer) and all are forgiven. Repent, confess and move forward as a new person.
Find friends among the Christians in your school or social circle. Avoid those who continue to try to entice you into more sin. Their argument will be something like "You've already done it before, what's it going to hurt?"
Your response? "No, that was someone else--I am a new person in Christ. I have started my life a new person, forgiven of those old sins, and will not make those same mistakes again."
Let's be clear about 2 things:
1)You WILL sin again--we all do. We have bad thoughts, we tell fibs, we speed in traffic, we accept it without telling if a cashier gives us more change than he should, we sass parents, insult friends, etc. All these sins can be forgiven. Pray daily, and ask for forgiveness. He will grant it.

2)The sin of extramarital sex which has so distressed you, and from which you will have received forgiveness upon your confession of faith in Him to grant it, and submission to His will, is not something you can continue to commit and seek repentance for so that you can continue the same cycle of commiting a specific sin which you know is wrong, being forgiven for it, then doing it again. When we deliberately commit the same sin over and over, knowing it is wrong after we have given ourselves to Him as Lord and Master, it must be considered whether your original confession and submission to Him was genuine. Confessing Him as Lord is not a get-out-of-jail-free card. This sin must stop.
Save your new body for that man who you will meet who meet all your hopes and expectations. It will be difficult. But it will be definitely worth the wait. I pray for the best for you. Forgive yourself, ask Him for His forgiveness, and proudly live your new life. In Him, masince1986

Yes, I wish i was still a virgin. I had never had a relationship and at 21 I thought i would go with a prostitute. Now, 20 years later, every sexual experience i have had has been with prostitutes. I have never had a relationship and now prostitutes disgust me and i disgust myself, so i have been chemically castrated.

No, I don't regret the person, simply the circumstances. I do wish I'd waited a little longer.

No. I had been married for two years before I lost my virginity and I was darned frustrated.
Sorry about your situation, though. How sad.

Yes, yes, yes!! If I could take it back I would because I found out that this guy had a girlfriend and he had a reputation for "seeking out virgins" to "deflower" them. I would classify him easily under the asshole category. Worst. first. time. ever.
