Note: Neither of the 4 Computers that this is ocurring on is networked. Bios/Cmos Time is OK. All Compyrters are less then 3 months old. It is some time of malware. This ocurrs when something loads on start up. Does any one no of a fix

You are synchronizing with a domain controller that is way off on its time. One way to correct this is to turn on the time service in the control panel services, disable the time service and see if that corrects your problem. If it does you fixed the problem just set the clock to the correct time.

It could be set in the BIOS, perhaps? Try right when your computer is starting up hit f1 f2 or delete repeatedly, usually one of these keys will get you into BIOS (system setup) then make sure you have the right year. If after that it goes back when the computer reboots, then the battery on your motherboard isnt holding the BIOS memory and must be replaced.

The time server is off. If you are on a domain that would be the domain controller. If you aren't, then in that time control panel there is a place to set the internet server and you need to change it.
It ain't the BIOS or the COMOS battery if it is happening on multiple systems.

If you're on a network with a domain, your computers clock might be syncing with a clock that's way off. Or you may have a virus running around our network.

If the rest of the computer is running fine, I wouldn't worry about it. If it is absolutely vital that you have the date correct, just remember that it is two years off.

before your system starts up, press the f6 or f8 or whatever to get to your bios, cheak and see if your bi's clock is accurate if it is than it's a system error of some kind, if it is inaccurate change it.
