k this is what i know about the other 3 phases of matter.
1-plasmas-they are ionized gases which once ionized can be kept stable by placing in a vacuum so as to prevent electrons from recombining with them.they also emit light of specific frequencies and can be used as dim decorative lamps.they obviously have a positive charge since the lack 1 or more electrons.

2-Bose-Einstein condensate-this is formed by the supercooling of isolated bosons to about -272.5ºC.studies are being done to investigate the uses and properties of this phase of matter.(W and Z bosons are usually used but experiments have even beet done with light(photons) see www.sciam.com for more info on this)

3-Fermi-condensate-this is formed by simply supercooling isolated fermions.for this phase mainly electrons are used as they are easily obtained and can exist independently unlike other fermions such as quarks and the muons.

for more information on this you can check www.sciam.com or wikipedia.org

These forms of matter occur at the extremes of temperature. For more information look up Google.
