right now, i can't remove the programmes that i didn't want anymore.. and it makes my laptop slow..

For now just download a freeware un-installer from the web try; www.majorgeeks.com or just type freeware uninstaller into your search bar.

That is strange. Perhaps try a System Restore back a few weeks and see if you can remove then.
Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore.

Try ccleaner its freeware from google

you can go back to another time when it was working correctly,then use ''restore''
