Anytime spent with your child is quality time. I've always thought that anything you are doing, anywhere that you are at, whether they appreciate now or not, is quality time with your child. As long as the two of you are together they will never forget it.

Something the child loves.
The quality just comes out of the time spent.

Going for a nice long walk, maybe in the woods or along a bike trail, and just talking about whatever comes to mind. Not having an agenda and no particular place to go makes for a wonderful time.

there's a million and one ways.....if you find yourself with your child for an hour and you didnt say more than 10 words to anyone else but them then that is quality time!

before bed when we read stories and I sing my kids their special goodnight song. Also, when we go camping as there is no distractions there and I spend all my time with my children......
