No. There are custom synthetic oils that are protected from chemical attack from oxygen. They are also usually very expensive.

If your flammability criterion is the flash point, then the answer is no.

There are heavy oils that require high temperatures in order to form flammable mixtures with air.

as far as I know olive oil is not flammable , but I hear that Popeye reckons she is pretty hot

All carbon base oil will burn but some u must get a blow torch to get them hot enough to start burning.
