Am I going to regret that I was mistaken when I go south America.
especially women, are they like dark andcold hearted person, not worm person, just like people from New York city

I think they are just like any other group, some are happy and warm hearted and some are not.

I hate to generalize, but the majority that Ive met have been relatively happy and cheerful.
