my skin is pale so it turns red every time tears come out. my whole face turns red. it is so embarrassing when you are in school or in public

I have a skin condition so my nose turns bright red and stays that way for hours, while my cheeks, chin and forehead turn red when I cry and then fade afterward. I hate getting upset because I know I look like a redlight at an intersection.
