Last week.
Me & Busta was standing outside a bank.......He said that he would drive because if we were pull over his license had only been suspended three times & I didn't have a lincense.
I said I can't do it......Busta angrily shoved the bag and the note at me and said.....yes "You can do it" go right in that bank, walk up to the third teller, give her that bag...and the note. I know she's pretty ...but she forgot her large fries and her change....Now GO!!!

I think I was probably three years old and i was telling my mom that I could go "potty", well, that ended ugly. ^_^ oh, the last time! ok, um it was when me and my friends were sitting down in the living room watching little nicky. And of course in almost all the Adam Sandler movies, there is that "U can do it!" so I didnt feel like going rollerskating cuz we were getting ready to leave after that movie and i said i didnt want to. They wer like, oh, c'mon, u can do it!!! ugh ugh......I ended up going there and falling on my @$$. lol.

About two minutes ago , I'm a supervisor in a union workplace , some times I have to resort to telling them the story about the "Little Engine that Could :))"

My daughter says this to me almost daily. I have a muscle in my back which cramps up when I stand, and I moan and groan when it catches me of guard, and my daughter always says, come on Mum, you can do it, you can do it! LOL true story

Last night when I spoke to my friend who is trying to deal with her boyfriends 5 year old son.. and is doing REALLY well ;)
She just is fighting a battle with his ex.....
