Is this f `(x) = e^(-x) + x² ?
Upon integrating:-
f(x) = - e^(-x) + x³/3 + C
4 = - 1 + 1/3 + C
4 = -2/3 + C
C = 14/3
f(x) = - e^(-x) + x² + 14/3
