I have thrown out some of the dried foods and found two places where they were, but they are still there. UGH!

If they are the small brown kind, they are called Indian Moths,

Best bet as what you had done, We had to clean out and throw out all grains, pasta, oatmeal, flour.. anything that is not canned. They have a way to get in to boxes and any type of paper material.. Then your going to have to bleach out the cupboard.

The moths lay eggs , and they hatch just about every 2 weeks.. You won't know until two weeks from the cleaning if you successfully got rid of them. If you throw everything out and bleach it should do the trick.

We have had that problem and ended up having to throw everything out.

Check your flour and biscuit mixes, and anything else that's in a bag instead of a can or a jar. They bore through bags and go inside and feed on the stuff and lay eggs and make maggots and webs (gag). Then the adult moths emerge and fly around. You may have to put all your bagged stuff in plastic containers (like Tupperware). Once they don't have anything to feed on, they die off.

Indian moths are impossibly tough to get rid of. Dynamite is about the only thing that works.
