You probably are not accepting cookies from that site and your session is being reset every time you go to a new page. Try changing your browsers cookie settings to allow for that site, or use a new browser.

I had that problem with my computer on the Fossil web site.
Their error message said I must allow cookies for their web site to work properly.
As I do not want to lower the security level of my computer, I placed the order over the phone via the 800#.

The othe computer probably had te credit card info stored in it. You may have to set up an account on this computer. Hope that helps.

The computer you are using may have a block on it, or the sight isn't up to security standards for that particular computer.

Try holding down the CTRL key. You might be having a pop-up blocked.
