depends on the make of the laptop

usually the graphic card is incorporated in the motherboard as is the processor. It is recommended not to open the laptop, as you might not be able to put it back together. A lot of screws might be left extra.

Usually you need to remove the battery, then unscrew the keyboard and under it you will see the motherboard. Unplug all the extra modules and then unscrew the motherboard.

You don't.

You don't. (sometimes the manufacturer can upgrade them but only certain Dells or Alienware)

You might be able to depending on the model, usually the processor lies under the keyboard so you'll have to look up how to remove the keyboard... usually... but you can't always remove them and you can't always use just any processor, some laptops can use a standard desktop processor and some laptops can just use mobile processors, in rare instances, some can use both.

Be sure to read the warranty first--many laptop manufacturers state in the warranty that only certified technicians are to work on the laptop--anyone else working on it will void the warranty.
