Leather does not naturally harbour odours so the problem may be that the interiors of the furniture have absorbed the smoke. If you can get to the cushions etc, have them cleaned properly and see if that reducses the problem.
Use a good foam cleaner to clean the leather itself, do not use anything containing oils or waxes, saddle soap or anything abrasive like baking soda, all these may damage the finish on the leather.
Finish with a good leather protector which will make cleaning easier next time. Do not use a conditioner.
Cleaning and protecting will reduce any residues left on the surface of the leather. It may be better to do the cleaning outside if possible or at least away from the area where the sofa is going to sit.

a start by cleaning the furniture using a commercially available product suitable for the material in question then a combination of good ventilation and the burning of vanilla scented candle in the same room as the furniture will do the job although this may take some time to completely remove the smell.

The leather may have absorbed the smell. But I would get a good leather cleaner and clean the entire couch. Sinch you've sprayed the cloth part the real problem now is probably the leather. So clean it thoroughly with a good leather cleaner and you should be able to remove most of the odor.

Since your couch is leather, buy a bottle of Murphy's Oil Soap, & add some to a bucket of hot water & clean your couch from top to bottom. It'll make the couch smell so good. Spray Febreeze under the couch, by turning the couch upside down. Cigarette smoke is not easy to remove but if you wash the couch weekly with the MOS, it will eventually get rid of that nasty smell.

Agood leather cleaner from a furniture store should help a lot, you can try murphys oil soap, just make sure you read bottle for right amt. You can also go to sharper image web site and get an ionic breeze, smaller room size. This will keep the room free of the smell. we are heavy smokers and our non smoking friends have told us it works.

Go to your local horse supply store, like a local tack shop or a tractor supply store and get a good saddle soap. Follow the directions on the can and then get cleaning. The soap is especially for leather and your couch should be as good as new.

there are some great electronic odor neutrilizers - the best I have found is made by Eco-quest. They clean the air in the home - remove mold and neutralize odors. I have used mine on clothing with smoky odors - works great - on drapes too.
Put one in the room- close the doors and crank it up.
Google air purifiers -or look in the yellow pages.

Spray vinegar where there is any type of cloth, then let dry with a fan on it.I would take vinegar water and spray then wipe all the leather. After that just spray your conditioner on to get it nice and shiny again.Fan,will help the smell. The sun would do good, but leather will dry out...
