Pay her more romantic attention. When she gets home from work, sit her down to a nice meal, tidy house and talk to her about her day. Sit down with her in the evening, switch off the tv and have a conversation with a bottle of wine. If you don't live together, try and recapture some of the moments that made your relationship special in the beginning.
Basically, men and women are different when it comes to sex - women need love to have sex and men need sex to show love. Because of this, the needs are different and it may be best to make it more romantic for your partner so she feels safe, warm and loved with you.
If that doesn't work, then your hand is there as a back up.
Good luck. :-)

Stella is wrong! u should not play away, that is not fair. I have the same problem, i am a woman and my fiance has a lower sex drive than me. We compromise, we take it i turns to have our own way. Talk to your partner, im sure everything will be ok. Maybe u could masturbate together?

Find out what drives them to sex. It may be suttle to harsh such as clothing or videos. They may experience more fun from something different to what you have already tried. Some prefer external to internal stimulation, long foreplay or sedcuctive talk. Are you too fast or too slow. They need to receive something back to enjoy it, see if you can find out what they like and dont like! Have they had bad experiences before... normally where there is a will there is a way ;o)

actually the lower or highter is not a problem.
the important thing is how to make your partner feel so good , enjoy , fun, wet, and that is the good service.
nothing can do to increase her sex unless good service.
