Yes it is possible since there are gays who play football professionally. Most gays do not act all sissy and feminine. Most gays are ultra masculine and you wouldn't know one if you seen one. You probably are around gays all the time but just would never know it unless they told you.
Stereotypes suck. Is it possible for a straight guy to like designing clothes? I think in the old days they was known as being a "Tailor"? I'd say most of them guys was heterosexual.

Of course a gay guy can enjoy football. Just because you are gay doesn't mean you have to dress up in pink, go to the ballet and start waving rainbow flags around.
The only difference between a gay man and a straight one is his sexual preference.

I'm a big football fan (if you are talking about American football). My father was a high school coach, and I played in high school as well.
If you are talking about what the rest of the world calls football, then what gay guy wouldn't love to see hot guys running around in those shorts. And then after the game they take them off and exchange them! I'm surprised more of us don't play soccer!

I don't see why not just like it is possible for a lady to like football. As a straight woman, I love to watch the Dallas Cowboys play, if you have a problem with that then I'm sorry for you.

sure why not? I think it's acceptable. Just because someone's gay doesn't mean that they can't or they won't like masculine hobbies or sports. I think it's okay to like football.
