disagree Pres. Clinton destroyed the miltary and spying agencies. did away sending spys to infilter the enmey. unleashed rico acts on groups he disagreed with.

Both were goodmen while in office, well, regarding policy. Clinton SHOULD HAVE KNOWN his personal behavior would cause an uproar, and, it did.
