I took my IUD out in Jan 23rd while I was on period, Got my period on Feb 23rd,no period in March?

Question

Taught that i was preggo so did a hpt came up positive a few days later did blood test it was negative, Got my period again on April 6 then May 16th and as of June nothing yet. Did hpt this morning and it was negative. My period were 30 days long now about 40 days long. I m concern that im not ovulating. I want a second child. Any one has any advice or gone thru a situation like this one. Thanks

Try doing an ovulation test.

While this is a commercial site it does explain what the tests do. It might give you an idea of when you ovulate. If they show during a month that you are not ovulating you might want to talk about with your doctor.

When I had my IUD removed many moons ago in order to get pregnant again, I know it took a number of months to get pregnant.... I think 6 months. Your uterus needs time to recover from the irritation that the IUD presented. I became pregnant in December but my November period was late by two weeks and I was always dead on 30 cycles .

Your periods maybe late because a fertilized egg is trying to implant....
