I'm on prepaid anyways tracfone is like not good i signed up for a tracfone insider 3 months ago i have not got bonus minutes yet the man said i will get my email in a few minutes and you know what i got few DAYS ago! and their customer care is odd i can't hear them i and they lie!

I have them too and I would have to agree with you. Along with the dropped calls... I've been thinking about switching to Verizon.

While I would strongly advise you to stay with TracFone because it is the provider that makes the most sense to me, if you're that mad about it, switch instead of ranting to the general public about it. And, you should not rely on bonus minutes. Rely on purchased minutes. The same concept applies to debit and credit cards. Don't rely on rewards but only what is set in stone. If you want to switch, go ahead, but don't rant about wanting to switch.

Stay with tracfone for awhile, they will offer you some bonus minutes on the 2cd refill.
I get an extra 30 minutes

I agree with lost soul. I have tracphone too, except that I don't really get e-mail on it. I've had them for 2 years and I like to be cheap!!!! No sense in paying for fancy phones and expensive contracts. I only use it if I have to, really.
