Neocons are nice people. They just wanted to run the US Cattle farm because the cows are nice and fat.

It may be true that the origins of neoconservatism are in "disillusioned intellectual liberals", neocons are not liberal or democrat.
William Kristol, editor of the Weekly Standard and neocon, is a Republican.
And yes, it does appear that they want to hijack the constitution for their own agenda. Just look at Cheney, who believes his office answres to no one.

Yes, according to Leo Strauss and Irving Kristol, lies and political myths are a valid means to an end. The people are not smart enough to make intelligent decisions. A small, intellectual elite should rule, as in the days of ancient Athens.

A neocon is a former liberal. If your going to ask a question with labels then it's important to label people correctly.
