Arrange power of attorney asap if it looks like a custodial so that someone you can trust can manage your financial affairs upon your behalf if you are unable to do so in the event of your absence.

Yes of course they will. The outside world will carry on regardless. Trust me i've been there. Best you get someone to manage your accounts, bills etc for you. Or come out owing more than when you went in.

Yeah they are gonna charge you, they dont care that u are going to prison. If you think you are going you might wanna take care of that before u go.

if you think your gonna goto prison top up your bank account before your trial,or get a family member to look after the account for you.

Yes, you have a contract with the bank. Being in prison doesn't superceed this contract.......

Im imagine that as long as you have a bank account they will. I don't think they will care where you live.

Yeah they would, and they'll love every minute of it I bet. You could always try claiming them back on your release but I doubt it'd work
