If you're exclusive, then tell her how much it bothers you. She either has no respect for your feelings and is a golddigger, or she just didn't realize what her accepting the gift would make you feel like.
I'd tell her how inappropriate it was, and ask if she'd like for YOU to accept something from some other girl. She wouldn't like it, I promise you. Then suggest she either return the gift, toss it or pawn/sell it and use the money on something for the two of you.
If she won't do it and doesn't care, then dump her. Accepting a guy's gifts makes him think he's got a shot to get with a girl. She's telling this guy he's got a shot. Don't be with her when he takes it.

What is the understanding between the two of you? Are you exclusively dating each other? How old are you? Why did this other man give your girlfriend an expensive gift?

I am married, and there is this guy..we'll just call him anthony..Anyways anthony is sort of in love with me, i have known him well over7 years and i have never gaven him the chance, i see him more as a best friend..
Anyways anthony is always sending me sh*t ( he is in the coast guard stationed in hawaii), just this month i have recieved 2 teddy bears, one diamond watch and he put a grand into my bank account. No i did not ask for these things, he just does them to do them, i have told him millions of times, to not buy me anything, to stop giving me things and he won't stop. So it's basically whatever i have told him no and he still continues so he is only wasting his money..
My husband thinks it's sort of funny, my husband has met him, my husband knows he is in love with me, he knows everything that anthony does..but he trusts ME, he knows i will never do anything to hurt him, hell there have been times i wanted to send the gifts back and my husband always talks me into keeping them...
All i'm trying to say is don't freak out just because she accepted a gift from another man, it doesn't necessarily have to mean anything, if your worried about it, talk to her, let her know that your upset because she accepted this gift from another man..She will NOT know it bothers you unless you say something!

It's just a gift as long as she didn't or won't have to give anything in exchange for it I don't see a problem.

break it off. I really care about my boyfriend, and he gives me everything I need, I would never accept a gift from any man (except my daddy). there is no need for it.

Keep a watch on this other guy. his moves on your gf. you may also want to talk about how you feel uncomfortable about this issue with your gf without sounding jealous.
