A corned beef, cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich with mayo on white bread, with a cup of tea and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps, and right now I'm tucking into a bowl of Ben & Jerry's ice cream!

This is a great idea by the way.
I will be cooking something Lebanese, that is called "Laban Imo". It is a kind of yogurt that is cooked with onion and meat. We eat it with rice.
