1 acre = 43560 sq ft
1 sq ft = (1/43560) acr

Area = 50' x 128'
= 50 ft x 128 ft
= 6400 ft* ft
= 6400 (sq ft)
= 6400 (1/43560 ) acr
= 0.1469 acr

An acre is 43,560 sq feet.
Your lot has 50 * 128 = 6400 sq feet.
6400 / 43560 = .1469 acres, so the appraiser is being generous!
