When I get off work, or even when I am just taking a nap, I have notice that it seems like my head is spinning, and it drives me nuts. Makes me feel like my eye balls are moving alot, and yet my eyes are close, and my head is laying down. I am 11weeks pregnant, and I was reading up on some things, and I dont think its anexity attacks... could anyone else think of reasons why.... or what might be causing this...

This may just be fatigue or just plain stress. However like everything else in life if these symptoms continue for more then a week I would see your primary doctor you may have other things going on. He may want to run some blood work or even an eye exam. But I would not put this off any longer especially if your are pregnant. Best of luck with your new baby and I hope you feel better real soon.

Depending on how much exercise you get, and what kind of condition you were in before you got pregnant - you might need to do some stretching, or do a light workout on occasion.

I usually sleep much better, and don't have as much problem falling asleep.

You might want to consult your doctor - and be careful not to overdo it. You might be feeling light headed because you are starting to carry around more weight.

It sounds like positional vertigo. This is often related to an inner ear problem. You should be able to make it stop by repeating the lying down motion several times in a row before you actually lie down, this will "extinguish" the vertigo by bringing it on several times, and each time it will be less.
However, since you are pregnant, you should tell the OB

Are you getting enough water? I noticed sometimes when I've been dehydrated I'd have that feeling. However, I didn't have that feeling when prego. Definitely call your doctor's office, ask to speak with his nurse and ask them. The nurse will give you an idea of why it's happening and whether or not they might want you go come in and see you.

Aside from anemia or blood pressure issues, your dizziness might be due to labrynthitis, inflammation of the organs of equilibrium in the middle ear. This is often temporary and will resolve on its own. However, if it persists, you should check with your doctor to see if a referral to an otologist is advisable.
