do you think i will have any difficulties with any of the restraints at disney world orlando and universal studios and islands of adventures or at busch gardens tampa. i went last year and had no problems with none of the rides i rode which was a lot of rides

Did you just come on here to brag?? Because there is no way some one your size would have a problem riding on a ride and that includes 'It's a Small World' There are PLENTY of people MUCH larger than you that fit comfortably on all the rides.

No, you are fine. I've seen people double your size not have any problems getting on the rides. Most of the newer rides, especially, are made bigger because of the larger size guests. They also are bigger to accommodate larger men.
You should have no problems and find the rides very comfortable.
You are the perfect size, this is nothing to worry about.

Um.. if you are an 8-10 then you will have no problem getting on the rides. In fact if you are an 8 -10 you aren't even close to being big that would cause any kind of a problem.
