Umm...what does this have to do with Fish? This section that you put the question under is for aquatics and fish.

Why not try the Marriage & Divorce section?

But to answer your question, if she's morally proper, then the physical changes she would have would most likely be child bearing also known as pregnancy. She may also gain weight and not wear the same styles she use to, but would prefer to wear a more "around the house" type of look, and may be a bit more moodier.

Physical changes uhhhhmmm that's difficult OK lets go with what someone else said,

weight gain
Over large jaw muscles develop.
Fingers get thinner to allow the pilfering from a wallet
Deafness,
Mind becomes like an encyclopedia (or so they think)
Limited vocabulary, usually the over use of No, and headache. the contraceptive WC has a lot to do with that.
Forgetfulness, not only does she forget the pain of giving birth but they're actually your kids deal with it.

She gets grey hair and wrinkles because her old man drives her crazy.
Marriage really doesn't change the body. The babies do.
My old man gives me this sharp aching pain in my a** though.

Her body language changes, she gains weight god knows y,maybe she is gettin good food to eat from her husband's house tht she didnt get from her moms house,anddddddd there is glow on her face, she presents herself very well, etc etc....
