If you are getting some signs that a girl likes you, but she is not making overt moves, make the first move and take it slow. Do not try too hard, desperation is not attractive. Try to ask her out.

Here is one of my regrets. Used to work at a job and there was a lady. She was hot and nice. But I never advanced myself. Now she is gone and no way to ever meet here again. I do regret this. So ask the lady does she like you and talk
