Okay I know I'll get stick for this - but you know what - I really don't care, stuff them, they are the lowest of the low...........that poor child is god knows where because of them, and who knows what sick things may have happened to her?! clairey_em123 - it's not me that is forgetting madeline is it - her parents have forgotten her when they went to dinner, they forgot that it should be Team Maddy not Team McScam. You sound like another Piltdown man with your obsurd comments on jealousy. Yes I guess I would love to have their money - sure, who wouldn't, but I'd rather have my child!! Cashing in on my child is not something that I would do. As for it being a mistake, well hardly, they RPEATEDLY left THREE YOUNG CHILDREN, not a mistake but a selfish act beyond contempt - why have them in the first place then if they can't even be bothered to pay for a babysitter - but then that would cost money wouldn't it, and I'm sure that is something they hold dear to there hearts(if they have them)!!

It seems to me that they are avoiding coming back because they know what kind of stick they are likely to get. There is liitle they can do their that they could not do at far less cost back in the UK. But I guess they have plenty of funds to waste on luxury accommodation in the Algarve.

Maddie seems to be lost in all this campaigning by team mccann ...They have lost the root cause for this whole thing .
The parents are self centred .. materialististic..ruthless..highly opinionated ... arrogant and have their priorities all wrong ...
It is their fault she is missing and yes they have to live with it every day but for gods sake team mccann get them to admit they were at fault and maybe just maybe people will be more accommodating at helping you
Come back to the UK and face the child protection services instead of hiding and hoping it will go away.. stop hiding behind everyone and shouting when someone criticises your actions
Stop wasting valuable time trying to win over the public .. stop wasting hard earned donated money on silly childish ideas and face the music
The sooner you do this the sooner we can all find Maddie .. stop wasting time as time is something Maddie does not really have

I don't think that they'll come back as they know that they will face charges as soon as they do - so maybe the longer they stay out there the better for them. Maybe thats why they are 'campaiging' for more and more money - so that they never have to come back and face the music.
A friend of mine who is a social worker said that the police will be already investigating them and looking at bringing charges. In all honesty as practicing doctors, they could face being struck off for child neglect and abandonment.
I hope they are charged, as in absence of the kidnaper/killer, that can be the ony form of justice that child will receive.

I agree with you, especially about them not even admitting their faults. They act like the sun shines out of their ****.
I bet i'm going to get the thumbs down for this but, why is this one little girl getting all the attention?? You'd think she was the only kid in the world who's been abducted or gone missing. Maybe it's because her parents are respectable doctors... If they were working class and lived on a rough estate, they wouldn't be getting all this support. They'd have the press shitting all over them, and social services threatening to take the others kids of them for neglect.

i agree completely. Everything in the media is about them flying all over europe to promote the search for Maddy, but when they get a tip off they dont follow it up. Strange!!!
Everybody seems to have forgot there is a little girl that has gone missing and may have suffered terribly and yet her name seems to get pushed to the back. With Kate's new career and gerrys blog, she seems to have been pushed to the back of their minds

Annie M - They may have expressed regret at 'not being there at the time she was taken'. However they have never said that they were wrong to leave the children alone. Far from it, they have attempted to justify it in several ways and on several occasion. Despicable.

They are planning not to come back IMO.
I'm sure the QCs they've hired (out of donations generously given to help to find Madeleine) have advised them of the best way to evade justice. And gritty questions.
Like....are you telling the truth....FINALLY....about what happened in the 24 hours leading up to your daughter's disappearance.

They will probably come back when they find that the public have got fed up of funding their lifestyle while they "search" for their missing daughter, these two have a lot to answer for !!

oh you poor soul incognito you are going to get pelted for this one. I felt really heartfelt sorry for them in the beginning but its turned into a laughing stock 800.50k what the f*** for no wonder so many people on Y/A are turning sick of their obscure behaviour
