um ok..thanks! yea im watching my diet, im slim already so i dont need to lose weight i just want to be more defined.any tips?

No. You would have to do alot more every day.

Everyone has a six/four/two pack, you usually just can't see them because they're covered in fat!!

You need to lose body fat first before doing crunches and sit ups. Doing something, anything that makes you sweat, and cutting down portion size is the only way to lose weight safely and stay healthy. You can see results in 4 weeks, but you'd have to work hard.

I agree with whoopi. During cross-country ski season in high school I was doing ~200 sit ups a day for months and pretty thin but developed barely more than a ripple in my stomach. Doing 40 sit ups a day isn't going to cut it regardless and if you have any fat on your belly, all your work will be for naught anyway.

if u mean a 4pack of beer, probably yes. for anything else 40 only and in just 3 weeks-forget it.

no. ive tried 100 crunches a night for 1 month and it still doesnt work. well i have a 2 pack. if that counts. :S

Try like 150 a night if you want it in 3weeks.
