Used windows are fine. As long as it is not scratched or have aftermarket tint, you will not be able to tell the difference once it is installed!
The only real difference is that the used glass may have a mounting bracket or hardware attached. When you buy new glass, you sometimes need to attach hardware or brackets to install it. When they remove the used glass at the recycling yard, they usually do not take the hardware off. Sometimes this makes it easier to install the used glass, as you do not need to switch the brackets!!

If you are not lucky you can get glass that has those marks (scratch) from all the time that the windows rolled up and down. For the most part you should be able to tell right way (and ask for another one with less scratches).
As for the front windshield, don't get second hand windshield. It gets hit with stones and may have tiny fractures that can suddenly crack with vibration. In my case I found out too late (months later) that my windshield have tons of microscopic pits that is almost invisible until driving in to the low sun. It took me months to realize why my glare was so strong in that car with second hand windshield.

nothing at all, aprt from you buy new , i assume you mean get some firm in to fit as well, cost a fortune, second hand is just as good if you go get it yourself you then know the assembly on an old scrap car instead of taking a risk of doing some more damage to you internal trim, plus you get the bolts free in case you lose one or two, once it is off the scrap motor clean it check there is no number plate number etched on it, give the game away if you are going to sell the motor, then fit it to your motor.

nothing.
The glass shouldn't have any sort of long lasting damage or wear to it, just check to see if there are any scratches or cracks.
