I am traveling to Boston this summer to pick up my girlfriend at the airport and would love to find a cheap place to stay. I would love to stay someplace easy to get to from Logan and seeing some local sights would be nice, too. Does anyone have any suggestions for where to stay?
Thanks in advance!

Go to priceline.com and do the name your own price feature. You'll input the area (Logan Airport) a star rating, and the price you're willing to pay. If the rate is accepted, they will book you in a hotel of the star rating you chose in the area you chose. I did a 4 star hotel in the Logan Airport area and offered 65$. They booked me a fantastic room at the Hilton at Logan Airport! It is adjacent to the airport and they offer free shuttles to the MBTA (subway) and airport terminals.

I was uneasy about not knowing what the outcome would be, but after this experience I'd recommend it to anyone!

Good luck!

Cheap hotels in Boston are very hard to come by. You're better off trying a discount website, getting a last minute deal, or using Priceline. There are a few hotels right at the airport, otherwise take a shuttle to the downtown area and stay there. You'll have easy access to everywhere with the MBTA train system.

On Route 1 about 10 min. from the airport are several cheap hotels.
Try the town line inn about $ 65 a night.
not to shabby a place.
