The amplitude of the oceans' tides would be much less, the sun's affect being the sole source.
Also, the Earth's rotational velocity would be a bit faster, having not been damped by moon. About 300 million years ago, days were only 20 hours long.
Other things would be affected too. Certain animals would not have evolved to hunt and forage at night and certain plants would not have evolved cycles to coincide with the phases of the moon.

The force that causes the nutation of earth's spin axis would not exist. So there would be a chance that the spin axis of the earth would not be stable at 23.5° inclination to the ecliptic. When the axis would tilt to more than 60° all the ice at the two poles would immediately vanish

That's a classic question. Without moon nights would be darker, no tides, and maybe faster spinning of the planet, and so on...
