Are arab countries capitalists?

I know, there's not even a system there lol to begin with
But in general, is it rather a socialist or a capitalist system?
I heard that Syria is socialist?

Most of them are capitalist dictatorships.

Saddam Hussein was part of a secular socialist party though.

I do not know about other Arab countries but no one can deny the UEA is capitalist
