find the distance in one day which has 60*60*24 seconds and multiply it with 365 days which will give the distance in one year. For seven years multiply the answer by 7

1.86x10^5 mi/sec * 60*60*24*365*7
= 41059872000000 miles :)

basic formula

distance = speed * time
d = v * t

where,
speed v = 1.86* 10^5 mi/sec
time t = 7.00 light years

1 yr = 365 days
1 day = 24 hr
1 hr = 60 min
1 min = 60 sec

so, 1 yr = 365 * 24 * 60 * 60 = 31536000 sec

t = 7.00 light years = 7.00 light * (31536000 sec)
= 220752000 sec

d = v * t
= (1.86x10^5 mi/sec ) * (220752000 sec)
= 410598720 * 10^5 mi
= 41,059,872,000, 000 miles

(1.86x10^5 mi/s * 3600 s/hr * 24 hr/dy * 365 dy/yr)/ly * 7 ly

= 5.87 * 10^12 miles (to 3 sig figs)

ok look
first one year has 365 day,then in one year the distance is=365x1.86x10^5x24x60x60=586596000000 miles.therefore the total disatances is
7x586596000000=41059872x10^5 miles

hope i could help every time
