I assume you received this score from an on-line test since if you were professionally administered an I.Q. test (i.e., WISC/WAIS, Standford-Binet, Woodcock-Johnson) and examiner would have explained your results to you.

Therefore, your I.Q. score is considered to be invalid and meaningless.

Had you taken the WISC/WAIS Intelligence Test then your Full Scale I.Q. score would have fallen within the "superior" range

IQ score between 120 and129 is described as Superior.Only 6,7 % of the world population have such a score,according to the statistics.However,the IQ scoring is a highly controversial issue.In fact,the IQ score is described as "a score derived from one of several different standardized tests" - nobody can`t explain you what does it exactly measure because the intelligence has so many manifestations (emotional, based on memory, linguistic e.t.c). The right thing to say will be:"IQ of 120 means that you have 120 points on the test...." - nothing more...
