only with a bat and ball , otherwise it is consider a dealy instrument if only and or use in and assult or atempted ***.
carry around a ball and a glove and you could get away with it

Its legal to carry a bat . But if you actually use it for protection you need to be able to prove it was necessary to use it. Otherwise it could be called a weapon and you could be charged with assault.

Not to my knowledge, don't you play softball? (wink, wink). I keep my batting bag in my trunk with my bat in it. I go the batting cages year round.
