I have a fish and i forgot wat it was called, its like a plec but its smaller. has a really bright spotted pattern. it sort of has hump on its back. it also has a lot of whiskers around his mouth.
Anyone know??

That could be one of many species, but it sound like some of the Cory catfish to me. Try checking out this link to see if any of these fish look like yours.

If, not, then you can look through the various types of cat fish on that site and no doubt find your fish there somewhere.
Of course, if you can post a photo of your fish someone here can certainly ID it for you.

From your incomplete description I'd start looking at fish in the Anscistrus Genus.

Sounds like it could be some sort of catfish, maybe a spotted Raphael cat (black with yellow spots).
