hi,

There's no need to get no fat and sugar in your meal, but try eat more fiber. Fiber is very good for a healthy cardiovascular system. It helps to maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Since fiber slows down the conversion of carbohydrate into sugar, it promotes a stable blood sugar in the body. This helps us feel full for longer periods and thus becomes helpful in reducing weight. Fiber is found in foods such as fruits, oats and other whole grains, as well as dietary supplements such as acacia fiber, insulin and fruit pectin

have a good day.
