Ruthless and searching self-analysis. Concentrate on yourself. Allow yourself to see the good in your life as well as the bad; as with yourself. It's a hard road, but a healing one. Ignoring it will not make it go away.

It sounds silly, but a body in motion will remain in motion. In other words, get up and do something, it makes your mind concentrate on the task not the depression.
I hate to make it this simple but, get a hobby.

just think about all the things that human kind have always thought was impossible, such as flying (airplanes).......and whatever im doing, i will just think, obviously its not as impossible as other things once were thought to be, and i do whatever it was i was about to give up on.
