When a carpet is beaten with a stick ,the makes it 2 move in a 2 & fro motion. The dust particles present on the carpet remains at rest because of their Inertia(tendency of a body 2 remain at rest if at rest or if in motion 2 continue in motion with a uniform velocity in a straight line) ..Due 2 sudden 2-&-fro motion the dust paricles get detached frm the carpet...
Im sure ,now its clear 2 u.
Take care
bye

Inertia actually plays a very small role in this case. The answers would be more on the mark for something as big as a fly resting on the carpet, but not dust. Dust has a very high surface area to mass ratio simply because it is extremely small, so air friction dominates its inertia. That means dust will, more or less, simply go where ever the air goes - provided it is suspended. Beating the fabric causes it to compress, rapidly squeezing the air out from between the fibers. If the air moves fast enough, it dislodges the dust on the fibers (overcoming its electrostatic attraction) and carries it out.
Because of this, the Apollo astronauts had a very difficult time with lunar dust the coated their EVA suits. They couldn't just beat it off each other before re-entering the lunar lander because there was no air, so it got everywhere.

Because when a carpet is beaten the carpet will be in motion, but the dust particles continues to be in rest. So, dust particles come out of the carpet.

First of all because there are dusts in the carpet. If it's vacumed and cleaned well before beaten, no dust may come out.

the because the carpet moves and the dust particles have inertia (tend to remain in the same place)

everyone here is correct except they didn't correct the faulty supposition of the question.
the dust stays where it is, you move the carpet out of the way revealing it.
