I don't usually need a wake-up call or an alarm, unless I am traveling and away from my home time zone. The first thing I do when I roll out of bed is to start preparing coffee. I must have a cup of coffee before I shave in the morning or I am dangerous with a razor in my hand ... =:-o

Woke up the the sound of my alarm clock chirping it's fool head off about 3 hours earlier than I would have liked it too. But, was able to spend a few quality cuddle moments with my SO before getting up to face the day.
I don't do coffee till my ride in to work...it's Shave, Sh*t, and shower first...then make the coffee, fill up a travel mug, and enjoy a ciggy, coffee and tunes on the ride in.

Set your clock radio for the time you need to get up.Then put a mouse trap on it. When you go to hit the snooze button the trap will go off and you won't be able to go back to sleep. Then you can go to the bathroom and make your coffee and have a great day.

Today I woke to the sound of "white noise".I evidently altered my clock radio,to space between stations,aka static.
