I started taking agnus castus last thursday 4 pills a day it says on the label and my period is due either 2 day or 2moz when do i start using the ovulation tests ?? obviously after my periods ends. me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive For 3 months im not sure if i am ovulating still so i have brought some ovulations test sticks. I would just like to know If anyone had taken agnus castus and got pregnant quickly . i have taken it before and got pregnant but i was also drinking 5 cups of green tea a day so im not sure if it was the agnus castus or the green tea either way it was one of them because we had been trying for a baby for a year and we found out i wasnt ovulating so either had started me ovulating . but we are so desprate to get pregnant id just like to know your stories and what you did . thanks

The agnus castus balances the hormones in your body and can help with ovulation. The green tea thins your cervical mucus and makes it easier for the sperm to swim into the cervix to fertilize the egg. So the combo of both is a very very good idea. And the previous poster said we ovulate on day 14--this is wrong, not every woman has a textbook 28 day cycle and those that do still don't always ovulate on day 14.
I just started on the angus castus and also taking soy 5 days each cycle and so far it seems to be helping. Good luck and baby dust!

We usually ovulate around day 14 of our cycle. Start counting 14 from the 1st day of your last period. Perhaps use the sticks about day 10 in case of early ovulation. Why not drink green tea as well in case? Good luck x
