Saturn is a very big planet. For the sea to be deep enough and wide enough, the proposed planet would be huge. So huge in fact that nuclear fission would likely occur and it would become a star in its own right, thus producing a binary system around its parent star. Hence no water and no swim!
Its a pretty improbable scenario, but strange things happen in the universe.

I guess, but it would depend on whether he had ever learned.
Neptune was usually the one swimming, being the God of the Sea and all. I suppose he could swim in any sea, since they are his.

it would have to be huge, and therefore would have to have a huge star to orbit. Any star that big would collapse in on itself creating a black hole, sucking the planet. Also, i doubt there would be a planet with enough water/ deep enough seas.

The way of the Eirit is swarming with forgotten rues and places of unquieted worship, it can reward the forgiven to follow the true path and bathe in the waters of Uranus and leave the wandering false one alone.
