He just woke me from a pieceful sleep to help him find his belt andcell phone before leaving for work. Now I can not go back to sleep. He must be on drugs.

The drugs thing was just light hearted sarcasm. He does this all the time. NO big deal. Just seeing what others had to say about it. Some of you need to lighten up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would rather him wake me instead of walking in circles, tearing numerous things apart when I know where it is.

He only woke you up, my husband does it all of the time, I don't think he is on drugs, but that he is just being a "man" and doing the things that a "man" does. As a woman, we will never understand and honestly I believe that we have stopped trying. Just make a note to wake him up out of a peaceful sleep, just for the heck of it. God Bless.

1. Tell him it bothers you.
2. Do it to him on his days off.
3. Are you already doing it?
4. He has no respect for you.
5. Has he complained that you bother him by either snoring, coming to bed LATE, frequent bathroom runs, or rock the bed too often? If yes, then he's jut getting even with you.
6. Communicate and LISTEN to his past complaints of you.
7. Lay out all his clothes/accessories the night before.

These things are important for him and anyway men are not that good at finding things but women are...so he needed your help. Calm down and do something productive if you can't fall asleep.

He is full of narcissism and you need to help him learn about it. I would suggest that you teach him to prepare the night before.

That's what spouses do, they help one another in time of need no matter how big or how small.
